The Western Slope Bears meets on a regular basis. We have four general meetings per year, which includes the Annual Meeting in May. The Annual Meeting is a recap of what the group has done the previous year, finances are reviewed, and new elected board members are installed if necessary. It also gives us a chance to plan for the coming year.
Dates, times and locations of these meetings will be sent to the membership as soon as possible and we encourage all members and prospective members to attend.
Regular board meetings are held each month and are open meetings and members, potential members are invited to attend. Times and locations of the board meetings will be posted on the calendar, The board will attempt to have meetings in different regions of the western slope to encourage attendance and help keep everyone informed.
